We pre-assign a unique home code, i.e. 4XP553, to each address in your direct mail campaign. We will also give you a custom URL which will be printed on each postcard.
Finally, we mail the postcards, each with their own code and your URL.
Home Owner Enters Code
From their personalized postcard, the homeowner types in the agent's custom URL i.e. mycustomURL.com (we provide it).
The homeowner simply goes to the URL and enters that code i.e. XT5WRA, from their postcard and within a few seconds they get their home's report.
User Experience
Homeowners view their home via street view, property data and a CMA of their home’s value.
Users can select and unselect relevant homes based on price, year, renovations, etc.
