Printing, Mailing, Design, Data, Shipping & Refunds

Standard shipping is via In-house Delivery, USPS or FedEx Ground, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air options are available. All orders are shipped out on the last day of production turnaround time.

Orders being mailed directly from Waybetterpostcard.com typically mail 1-2 business days after the last day of production turnaround time. Orders requiring inserting or additional mailing services may take longer. Postage options include First Class (3-5 day delivery nationwide), Marketing Mail-STD (5-15 day delivery nationwide), and Nonprofit Standard Mail (5-15 day delivery nationwide). Please contact a representative if you have specific timing needs.

Printed products may not be returned. All sales are final. However, Inmark Media, LLC and Waybetterpostcard.com have a history and reputation of making things right for customers. If you have an issue with an order, we are more than happy to discuss a fair and equitable resolution. No refunds will be granted once Inmark Media, LLC or waybetterpostcard.com or any related entity's, begins your order. Additionally, no partial refunds will be provided for work not completed. Design fees or data set up fees may still apply and be charged if work is done, even if the work is not printed. All refunds due to an overpayment (including postage) on a particular account are available upon customer request as account credits.
