- Keep in mind that yard signs designs should be kept simple and the text visible from a distance so passersby can grasp the message in seconds.
- For Front Only printing (1) Art file is required. For Front and Back (both sides) 2 Files need to uploaded – they can be the same file
but if you have directional arrow make sure they are pointed correctly when “back to back”
- If ordering multiple version or for multiple agents- each version/agent will require its own item added to the order and or shopping cart
- Light colored backgrounds on Corrugated Plastic material may be translucent when printing double-sided. We recommend using a darker
background when selecting double-sided.

Coroplast® signs are ideally suited for a wide variety of uses. They are made of an extremely versatile extruded twin-wall polypropylene sheet.
Coroplast® signs are a lightweight and cost-effective solution. These can be printed single or double-sided and adding an “H” stake make them easy to
deploy and remove after your event is over.
- 4 mil Corrugated Plastic – High-impact plastic resin that is built to survive the harshest weather conditions.
- 24″ x 18″ or 18″ x 12″″” are the most popular sizes
- We print directly to the material using UV Inks that cure instantly
Tango® – is a premium board stock. This folds over and is stapled at the bottom. This is very environmentally friendly but not recommend for being used on multiple occasions.
It has some water resistant capabilities but is not waterproof. Great for a single event.
Even the Internet cant provide you this type of promotion. Old-fashioned as they may seem, real estate yard signs are still one of the most cost effective marketing tools.
